Playground equipment · Perth
Play equipment, soft fall rubber and artificial grass for childcare centres, schools and councils across Perth — one contractor from the first site visit to the final handover.
What we build
Most centres come to us after getting three separate quotes — one for the equipment, one for the surfacing, one for the shade — and finding that nobody wants to own the joins between them. We do all of it, so the levels line up, the soft fall meets the turf flush, and there is one number to call if something needs attention later.
Swings, slides, climbing frames, playhouses and timber play forts, sized for the age group using them.
Wet pour rubber, EPDM, SBR, rubber mulch and softfall pads under and around the equipment.
Green areas, mounds, edges and the quiet corners, on a surface that drains and stays usable all year.

Nature play
Nature play asks less of the equipment and more of the child. Instead of a single fixed structure, the yard is built from natural materials children can use in more than one way: timber platforms and log steppers, balance beams, sand and water play, dry creek beds, planting and loose parts they can move around themselves.
We build nature play in natural hardwood, with soft fall rubber or sand under anything with a fall height and artificial grass through the rest. It suits Montessori and Reggio Emilia centres particularly well, and it ages better than bright plastic does in a Perth summer.

How it works
We come out, measure the yard, check levels and drainage, and talk through the age groups using the space and how the staff need to supervise it.
You get a layout and a fixed written quote covering equipment, surfacing, shade, edging and the earthworks — not a per-item price list you have to add up yourself.
We do the excavation, base, surfacing and equipment install. We work around centre hours and hoard the area off so the rest of the yard stays open.
We hand over a finished yard with the surfacing cured and the equipment checked, and we come back for maintenance, repairs and refurbishment when you need us.

Questions
Swings, slides, climbing frames and nets, playhouses and cubbies, timber play forts, balance and nature play elements, and the shade structures that go over them. We supply equipment on its own, or as part of a finished yard with soft fall surfacing and artificial grass.
We lay out the yard around your site and your age groups, and we build timber play elements to suit the space. We do not manufacture custom moulded equipment from scratch, so for the large structures we work from established ranges and place them to fit the yard.
That depends on the fall height of the equipment. Wet pour rubber is the usual answer for childcare yards because it is seamless, permeable and easy to clean. Rubber mulch and softfall pads are alternatives, and artificial grass covers the areas with no fall height.
Both. Most of our work is supply and install, which keeps the equipment, the surfacing and the levels under one contractor. If you have your own installer we can supply the equipment and surfacing on their own.
Yes. We repair and top up soft fall surfacing, replace worn equipment components, and refurbish older yards. Several of the centres we look after were originally built by someone else.
It moves with the size of the yard, the fall height of the equipment and how much surfacing is involved, so a fixed number before a site visit would be a guess. Send us the rough dimensions and what you want in the space and we will come back with a written quote.
