Jay’s Synthetic Grass has been supplying and installing artificial grass across the Perth metro since 2014. All twelve ranges sit in stock at our Malaga warehouse, so you can walk in and stand on any of them at Malaga or Jandakot before you decide. Every job carries a ten-year warranty from us. Free on-site measure anywhere in the metro — we bring the samples, and the quote is fixed and written before anyone starts.

Beyond the lawn we supply and install composite decking, wet-pour rubber softfall and playground equipment — so a back yard, a childcare centre or a strata common area can be finished by one contractor on one quote.

ARTIFICIAL GRASS

12 Ranges
3 Decisions

Almost every job lands in one of three bands. Start there, then come and stand on the shortlist at either showroom — or we bring samples to you, anywhere in the metro, free. Prices below are for grass only, cut to size; whole rolls are $11 per square metre. Supplied and installed starts at $75 per square metre, and that covers the base, the edging and the sand infill — not just the grass. Every quote is fixed and written after we measure on site.
