Artificial grass · Joondalup, WA
Family back yards through the northern corridor, on coastal sand that stops holding a real lawn by January. Free measure across Joondalup and the suburbs around it.

Joondalup yards
Most of the calls we get from Joondalup, Currambine and Ocean Reef are about the same thing: a back lawn that looks fine in September and is patchy, hard and half dead by February. Coastal sand drains so fast that the water and the fertiliser are gone before the roots use them, and the reticulation bill goes up every year chasing it.
Artificial grass solves that by removing the problem rather than managing it. The base is built to drain, the turf sits on top, and the yard looks the same in February as it does in September. On a normal Joondalup block the sand is already free draining, so the base work is straightforward and a typical back yard is two days on site.
The usual job here is the back lawn plus the path beside the house and a flat area for play equipment. If there is play equipment going in, the surface under it needs to be soft fall rather than turf alone, and we do that too.
Ranges
A back lawn that children and a dog use every day wants density, not just pile height. These four are the ones we put into northern-corridor yards most often.
How it works
We come to you, measure the area, check the levels and the drainage, and look at what has to come out first.
One price for the whole job. It holds unless you change the scope.
The old lawn or paving comes out and goes with us, then the base is built and compacted. That is most of the time on site.
Laid, joined, pegged and infilled, brushed up and the site left clean. Around 100 square metres a day.
We also cover Currambine, Edgewater, Ocean Reef, Heathridge, Connolly, Iluka, Kinross, Burns Beach and the rest of the northern corridor.
Other suburb guides: Fremantle, Canning Vale, Brabham, Ellenbrook. Everywhere else is on the locations page.
Questions
No. The measure is free anywhere in the Perth metro area, and the northern corridor is normal territory for us. You get a written quote after the measure rather than a number over the phone.
Yes. Salt air does nothing to the yarn or the backing. What matters near the coast is that the edges are properly fixed and the infill is right, so the turf does not lift at a corner in a strong easterly.
Yes. We cap or reroute the reticulation in the turfed area as part of the job and leave the garden beds running. Tell us at the measure if there is anything in the ground you know about.
Installed lawns start at $75 per square metre. A straightforward back yard of eighty to a hundred square metres is usually two days on site. Send the rough dimensions through and you will get a written number.
