Back yards, front verges, courtyards and balconies — supplied, installed and warranted by one contractor, from the free measure through to the finished lawn.
Most people come to us with one problem area rather than a whole garden plan — a patch of dirt the dog has worn through, a verge that will not grow, a balcony with nothing soft on it. Pick the one that sounds like yours.
The whole yard, edge to edge — the job most Perth homes ask us for. Choose pile height by how much the space gets used.
Free-draining backing, no mud tracked inside, and an odour treatment if you want it.
Apartment balconies, rooftop terraces and courtyards — glued down, no base build required.
Doing it yourself? Order turf, joining tape and pegs from the online shop and pick up in Malaga.
A rinse and a brush is most of it. Here is the full routine, plus how to keep it cooler in summer.
A paved rear yard with nothing growing in it. The pavers stayed where they were useful, the rest became lawn.

Every photograph below is one of our own installations, not a stock image.
A square of turf set inside limestone paving, running right up to the back door.
Verge and front lawn in one run, cut clean against the concrete path.
Turf taken right up to the boundary wall, with the existing paving left as the path around it.
The range comes down to the base your site needs and how much cutting-in there is. A flat rectangle of lawn behind a new build costs less per square metre than the same area broken up by garden beds, a path and a clothesline.
Payment plans through Brighte are available on residential lawns. See payment options →
We come to you anywhere in Perth metro, measure the area, look at drainage and access, and talk through pile heights. No charge, no obligation.
A fixed price in writing covering turf, base, labour and rubbish removal. Nothing gets added later.
Existing lawn or paving comes out, levels are set, and the base goes in and is compacted. This is the day that decides how the lawn sits.
Turf is rolled, joined, cut in to the edges, infilled and brushed up. We take the offcuts and rubbish with us.
Supplied and installed starts at $75 per square metre. Turf on its own starts at $13 per square metre if you are laying it yourself. The final figure depends on the base your site needs and how much cutting-in there is around paths, garden beds and letterboxes. The on-site measure is free and there is no charge to get a written price.
A typical 100 square metre back yard is about two days on site. We have averaged around 100 square metres laid per day since 2014, so a small courtyard is often a single day.
One of five bases, chosen for your site: blue metal dust, road base, crushed limestone, drainage cell, or glued straight down on existing concrete or paving. The base is what decides whether the lawn stays flat, so it is not a place to save money.
Yes. The backing is free-draining, so urine passes through rather than sitting on the surface, and there is no mud to bring inside. Jay Fresh odour treatment is available as a paid add-on if you have multiple dogs.
Synthetic grass does sit warmer than living lawn in direct sun. Shade, a rinse before use, and lighter-coloured infill all help. Our care guide covers the practical ways to keep it comfortable underfoot.
Ten years. It is supplied, installed and warranted by us — one contractor from the measure through to the finished lawn, so there is no argument later about whose responsibility a problem is.
Both showrooms have every range rolled out so you can see pile height and colour in daylight, not on a screen. Or we come to you and measure for free.
