Trade account questions

How long does approval take?

We review applications on business days. We check your ABN against the Australian Business Register, then a person confirms your trade before the account goes live.

What is the difference between roll and cut pricing?

A full roll is 3.75 m wide by 20 m long, which is 75 sq.m. Order a full roll and the roll rate applies. Anything shorter is cut to length and priced at the cut rate. Both rates are shown on every turf product page once you are logged in.

Are trade prices shown with GST?

Yes. Every price on this site is shown including GST, retail and trade alike. Your tax invoice shows the GST component.

How do I pay?

Trade orders are paid by card when you order. That is what lets us give you the trade rate straight away — there is no credit application and no waiting on an approved limit, so the rate applies from your very first order.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Trade rates apply to cut lengths as well as full rolls.

Do trade prices include installation?

No. Trade rates are supply-only. We also supply and install across the Perth metro area, so ask us for a separate quote if you need one.

Can I still get a sample first?

Yes. Order a sample pack from the shop, or call in to Malaga or Jandakot and take a look at the full range in person.
