Highly recommend Jays Grass to anyone considering artificial turf , From our initial quote with Kurt who was very informative throughout the process, And Jay's hard working team who worked in 40 degree heat to install the artificial turf not to mention the job of removing the grass beforehand, these guys are true hard working lads . Great company to deal with .

We can not recommend Jays Synthetic Grass enough for their outstanding service!! Fantastic prices on synthetic grass which has excellent quality. Great range of different turf and fantastic customer service to match. Bought an offcut about a month ago to make a doggy toilet, and was very happy with the friendly service. Got exactly what I was hoping for, at a great price, and carried out to my car for me (I have a bad shoulder but didn't actually have to ask for help). Great quality of turf too, I actually felt bad turning it into a toilet :/

Great experience from initially calling the office, receiving a quote from Suria and having the installation completed by Joey and Zane. Found the whole process very seamless and had fantastic customer service. Very happy with the workmanship and end result.

No idea why this posted as I recommend them, because I 100% DO NOT!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across. Namely, the project manager is so difficult to deal with, doesn’t answer or return calls but more than happy to hide behind emails. We aren’t happy with the install, and trying to get any kind of rectification or even someone other than the installer to come and look at it is near on impossible. Have requested to speak to their director numerous times to no avail.
Definitely do not recommend this company for small jobs!!!

Bought synthetic grass from these guys, amazing product. after 1h I had zero issues. The instructions they had was perfect. I installed about 50 m2 with mates and it was easy as following their guide. Very impressed and will definitely buy more for my front yard.

We had artificial turf layed as well edging for our boundary fence, They did a fantastic job we are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone considering anything to do with landscaping. When my booking was inadvertently upset Jay went to a lot of effort to get the work done as soon as possible. The workers who came worked very hard all day and half the next day and did a great job. Jay came out the next day, a Sunday, to check the work which is something has never happened to me before. I am most impressed. I can highly recommend them.

We just got our synthectic lawn installed today by Jay's Synthectic Grass and WOW, what a fantastic job you guys did. They were super professional in everything they did from the start of the job to the finish. They even removed all the rubbish and cleaned up everything, which was above our expectations. They were so neat and tidy and the laying is perfection. The grass itself looks so realistic and so beautiful. We love it and are so happy with it. We highly recommend this company to anyone. I had synthetic grass and paving installed in both front and backyard last week. Even though it is a small job, the price is reasonable and installation organised within a few days after confirmation. Jay and his team have just completed a lay of approx 90m2 in our backyard in Woodbridge. What can I say...but what a superb job and well priced too. I cannot find fault with any aspect of the work of the installers; they were well mannered - fastidious in their work and left the site clean and tidy. Awesome!!
