So happy with our experience with Jay’s! A few miscommunications between the sales teams and the guys installing which meant a slow start on the day, but they problem solved to make sure we got everything we wanted and we are SO happy with the result. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely staff and very helpful!

Wonderful team at Jays. From start to finish they were helpful, prompt, efficient, very friendly and skillful, making the whole experience with them a great one. Their communication with me was beyond compare, keeping me informed and following up, as I put high value on communication. James and his team who laid the lawn were friendly and did a wonderful job. James explained their process and even came to do the job in lousy weather. Ruth followed up with me regarding the job and I felt that I was being treated with respect and that Jays cared that I was happy, which for me is a rare commodity in business nowadays. I would like to thank everyone at Jays that contributed to getting the job done for me with the least amount of stress possible. I would highly recommend Jays to anyone who wanted synthetic lawn laid. You wont go wrong in my experience.

Jay's Synthetic Grass did an amazing job transforming our warehouse at work. The entire team from Norm who came to the office to show samples and provide the quote, to liaising with the admin team and the installation team, they were all so professional, friendly and work manner absolutely 100%. Can absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed.

I used Jays to replace 85 sq metres of existing front and back yards of synthetic grass, using a different grass to front and back. All good with the laying etc, however on closer inspection the back grass had a fault through out it. I sent photos to Jays and got an immediate response that it would be fixed or replaced. Within a few days the layers returned and without hesitation, they replaced the grass with a new and better grass. An excellent result all round, customer service and communication was very good and reassuring and I would thoroughly recommend Jays.

Professional and friendly! Jay's team installed synthetic grass and composite decking for our granny flat. They were very professional and patient with our design needs and change requests. Make sure you double check and confirm your selected colour/material codes before the installation!! We received a colour different from what we agreed in the beginning for the decking. They accepted their mistake and changed the colour at no cost!

We had 2 other quotes and one of the reasons we went with you is when Suria came out to quote she did a very comprehensive quote much better than the others she knows how to quote properly. The guys sent out to lay the grass were great they were efficient, polite, and tidy hence the job transformed our back yard on the day thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Faded patch on my lawn which they acknowledged and yet they still would not honour the warranty, and would not fix, repair or replace lawn. Would definitely not use them again.

Excellent customer service and follow up support with my changing out of lawn to synthetic. Jay’s were fantastic to deal with - even with plan changes etc, and drawing up a new quote. Couldn’t be happier with the result, and a small issue afterwards with the skip bin (not Jay’s fault) was fixed ASAP. Highly recommend!

No problems - it was only a small job but still, they were quick to come out and quote and the job was booked and done in a reasonable time. There was a minor issue when they left but the call centre and installers were straight on top of it and sorted it out the same day. Very impressed with the job, the back yard looks great now! Wish I’d had it done much sooner. Thanks guys!

Purchased a section of synthetic turf from a company I’d previously had a positive result with. Unfortunately this seems to have changed as the turf I purchased has a manufacturing fault that the backing seems too tight and will not lay flat. Jays turf has denied any responsibility and I am seeking a refund but they advise it’s nothing to do with them. AVOID this company at all costs as they have ZERO after sales care when their product is defective from the minute it came off the roll. This will not lay flat under any circumstances- was advised by Jays to lay it on a flat surface like concrete for a few days and it will come good. It’s permanently on a flat surface like concrete and they now state that the fault is because it shouldn’t be laid in such a manner. Top charging company with NO sales support.

Just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Jays Synthetic Grass for the fantastic work that they completed on our house. We had our front and back lawns turfed and are overjoyed with the job. From Norman who quoted the job to the girls in the office and especially to Jackson and Dawa the installers that took so much care on a couple of stinking hot days. Price was extremely competitive compared to other companies. Highly recommend this company.

This company has dramatically changed! I had Jay's Synthetic Grass do an install at my property a couple of years ago and they did a great job, with special accolades to the sales rep at the time Rob . Now this company has just gone to the dogs and is run by a disorganised team with a bad attitude!! They not only wasted my valuable time waiting for them to turn up for an appointment, which they were 1hr late, and the rep who turned up had obviously not had any communication from their own office and ended up trespassing on the property involved, then when informed about his presence, he proceeded to drive out of the properties driveway in a reckless manor and with a major bad attitude. Needless to say, I would have recommended this company a couple of years ago, but now I would steer well clear of these people.
